SMS Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the AGN Customer Support SMS program. By texting the keyword AGN to +1 202-980-7846, you agree to them.
1. The program
AGN Customer Support SMS is a conversational, one-to-one messaging service. You text us a question; a member of the AGN support team reads it and replies. Messages are sent manually by authorized AGN staff. The program is not used for advertising, promotions, bulk messaging, or automated campaigns.
2. Consent
Consent is consumer-initiated. You opt in by texting the keyword AGN to +1 202-980-7846 from the mobile number you want us to reply to. AGN does not enroll numbers on your behalf and does not message a number that has not first messaged us. The full consent disclosure is published at terms.agn.tech/sms-opt-in.
Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of purchasing any AGN product or service.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on account activity and the conversation you start. Because this is a support channel rather than a campaign, there is no fixed number of messages per month — you receive replies while a conversation is open and nothing when it is not.
4. Cost
AGN does not charge for this service. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
5. Keywords
- AGNOpt in and start a support conversation.
- STOPOpt out. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT have the same effect.
- HELPReceive program information and a support contact.
- STARTResume messages after opting out.
Opting out of text messages does not affect your service with AGN or your ability to reach us by phone at (202) 980-7840 or by email at netsupport@agn.tech.
6. Eligibility
The program is available on United States mobile numbers. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you text from.
7. Carriers and delivery
Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier's network and is not guaranteed. AGN is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not use this channel for emergencies or time-critical safety matters; call us instead.
Supported carriers may change without notice.
8. Privacy
Mobile information collected through this program is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and consent to receive text messages is never shared with anyone. See the SMS Privacy Statement for the full detail.
9. Changes to these terms
AGN may update these terms. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.
