Privacy Policy — AGN HubSpot App
AGN HubSpot is an internal tool built for Alchemy Global Networks (AGN) staff to view and update HubSpot CRM pipeline data from an iPhone. This policy describes what the app accesses and how it’s handled.
Who this app is for. This app is not available to the general public. It’s distributed for use by AGN employees only, and requires a setup file issued directly by the AGN Growth team to function at all.
HubSpot data. The app connects to AGN’s own HubSpot account using a private access token provided in your setup file. That token is stored securely in your device’s Keychain and is never transmitted anywhere except directly to HubSpot’s own servers. The app displays deal names, amounts, stages, and activity (notes, emails, calls, meetings, and tasks) fetched directly from HubSpot — this data is AGN’s own business data, not shared with any third party.
Microsoft 365 sign-in. Adding a note to a deal requires signing in with your AGN Microsoft 365 account. This sign-in is used only to confirm your identity and check whether you belong to an internal HubSpot access group — the app never sees or stores your Microsoft password. Your name is attached to any note you post so the team knows who wrote it.
What’s stored on your device. A small amount of data — which deals you’ve already seen, and recent balance/activity snapshots — is stored locally on your device to power “what’s changed” indicators. This data stays on your device and in your and AGN’s own HubSpot/Microsoft 365 accounts; it is never sent to any analytics service, advertiser, or other third party.
Notifications. If enabled, the app periodically checks HubSpot in the background and shows a notification when a deal you’re tracking changes. This uses Apple’s standard notification system only — there is no separate push notification server, and no data is shared with any notification provider beyond Apple’s own delivery infrastructure.
No advertising or tracking. This app contains no advertising, no third-party analytics, and does not sell or share data with data brokers or advertisers.
Your controls. You can sign out of your Microsoft 365 account at any time from the app’s Setup screen. Deleting the app removes all locally stored data. Your organization’s HubSpot administrator can revoke the app’s access at any time from HubSpot’s own settings.
